Services Provided at The Vineyards

The Community Association takes care of the common area maintenance of the community. Lawn care, road and driveway snow removal, and garbage/trash collection is included in your monthly maintenance fee.

Driveway and road maintenance as well as the clubhouse and all other common facilities are cared for by the community association and a yearly capital fund deposit is made for long term maintenance and replacement costs.
